Our Pascoe Vale centre offers a Women’s Only Program on Friday’s and Saturday’s between 12:30pm and 2:30pm.
 
Our Essendon centre offers a Women’s Only Program on Monday’s between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
 
All lessons are 40 minutes in duration with a total of 6 to 8 students in each class.
 
This program is $26 per class which is paid as a term fee at the beginning of each term.
